Abstract:
To provide a high-frequency laser optical device.SOLUTION: A high-frequency laser optical device relates to a device (10) which high-frequency-deflects laser beams (12). The device (10) includes a beam expansion imaging element (32) arranged on the upstream side of a mobile imaging element (34) and, thereby, a large movement of a focus of the laser beams is caused even upon a tiny movement of the mobile imaging element (34). A collimator (30) can be arranged on the upstream side of a scanner (22) which scans the laser beams (12) and, thereby, scanner mirrors (24, 26) can be formed so as to be miniaturized and be made light-weight and has large dynamics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
