Abstract:
To provide a high-frequency switch device capable of achieving acceleration of a switching speed without need for adding a large output capacitance to a power supply.SOLUTION: First control signals vc1a, vc2a generated by a decoder circuit 3 on the basis of a control signal VC input from the outside are level-shifted by level shift buffer circuits 5-1, 5-2 as second control signals vc1b, vc2b with output timing adjusted by timing adjustment circuits 4-1, 4-2, which are input into high-frequency pass switch circuits 8-1, 8-2, so that both of the high-frequency pass switch circuits 8-1, 8-2, after turning off, are line-switched, thereby achieving rapid line switching without delay.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
