To provide a method for surface coating with a fluororesin composition applied to the field of cooking ware and exhibiting low surface tension, excellent smoothness and high gloss.SOLUTION: The surface tension of a coating film is lowered to 20 mN/m or less, so that food does not stick to the coated surface during cooking, The coating film exhibits excellent smoothness and an appearance effect of high gloss.
