This cold storage chamber includes a sealing container 11 for storing the stored article P, an ice making means 39 provided with a water tank 35 for making ice provided in the sealing container 11, and a cooling unit for freezing water stored in the water tank for ice making arranged in the water tank 35 for ice making, a water feeding means 43 for supplying water to the water tank 35 for ice making, a water tank 40 for overflow provided beneath or on a lower part of the water tank 35 for ice making for storing water overflowing from the water tank 35 for ice making, and a blowing means 48 for blowing air in the sealing container 11 to ice made in the water tank 35 for ice making. The stored article P is stored at a relative humidity more than 90% RH, and at a temperature 0-12°C.
