Abstract:
To provide an improved structural down-sized and simplified roller device in which a direction changing operation for a desired direction can be carried out within a space saving range even under a high load.SOLUTION: Radial bearings 4 are arranged in each of main bodies of rollers 2, 3 in which their large diameter sides are oppositely arranged while being spaced apart by a predetermined clearance in such a way that rollers 2, 3 can be rotated in respect to the radial bearings and also thrust bearings 5 adjacent to the radial bearings 4 are oppositely arranged in such a way that the rollers 2, 3 can be rotated in respect to the thrust bearings, each of these thrust bearings 5 is abutted against a core metal part 7 of a fixing bracket 6 and this is arranged at the predetermined clearance position. Both radial bearings 4 and the thrust bearings 5 are rotatably supported by a hollow cylindrical shaft fitted to the center of the core metal part 7 and further a connecting rod 9 is inserted and passed in the hollow cylindrical shaft so as to rotate the rollers 2, 3 integrally. In this case, a core metal supporting part 8 for the fixing bracket 6 is arranged at the core metal part 7 in such a way that the core metal supporting part 8 shows 45 degrees in respect to the hollow cylindrical shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
