Abstract:
To provide a brush bristle and a brush, having low hygroscopic property, higher elastic recovery as compared with the conventional nylon, excellent durability and further excellent cleaning performance.
In this brush planted with brush bristles made of synthetic polymers, a filament of the brush bristle is a composite thread composed of a core component and a sheath component. The core component is composed mainly of polypropylene terephthalate, and the sheath component is composed mainly of polyetherester-based elastomer.
