Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose-based fiber having high circularity of fiber cross section, high tensile strength and high elongation, and a manufacturing method of a cellulose-based fiber having high safeness and high productivity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cellulose-based fiber in which in a dry spinning method a spinning raw material solution obtained by dissolving a cellulose-based fiber, a cellulose-based polymer (cellulose triacetate) that has a circularity of a fiber cross section of a single fiber of 0.7 to 1.0, single fiber fineness of 3 to 8 dtex, tensile strength of the fiber of 1.2 cN/dtex or larger, the tensile elongation of 15% or larger, variation coefficient of the fineness in the longitudinal direction of the single fiber of 10% or smaller, preferably, 1% or smaller, variation coefficient of the tensile strength of the single fiber of 10% or smaller, and variation coefficient of the tensile elongation of 20% or smaller in a non-carcinogenic solvent such as dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is once discharged in air from a discharge hole of a spinning nozzle, introduced into a solidification liquid to take-up, in which a temperature of the solidification liquid is set to 0 to 40°C, and a take-up speed is set to 100 to 500 m/minute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
