Abstract:
To provide a highly accurate sequencing method.SOLUTION: There is provided a DNA sequencing method comprising: (1) a step of preparing a fragment of a sample DNA; (2) a step of subjecting the fragment of the sample DNA to PCR for acquiring a PCR product, in which, for each fragment of the sample DNA, two or more amplified fragments are produced; (3) a step of sequencing the acquired PCR product, creating one or more lead sequences for each of a plurality of amplified fragments included in the PCR product, for acquiring a plurality of lead sequences for the plurality of amplified fragments; (4) a step of collecting lead sequences having sequence information in the same region on the sample DNA for grouping, out of the acquired plurality of lead sequences, for creating one or more groups of the lead sequences; (5) and a step of obtaining a consensus of sequence information among lead sequences included in the group of the lead sequences.SELECTED DRAWING: None
