When a valve mechanism 4 of a hose connecting tool 1 is made into a closed state, respective valve hoses 46, 46 of a turning valve 44, shut off high-pressure air by a fixed valve 41. An oval elastic material 45 of the turning valve 44 half opens respective valve holes 43, 43 of the fixed valve 41, the valve holes 43, 43 form an exhaust passage by being communicated with a cutout part 51 of the turning valve 44, a recessed groove 48 and a guide hole, and high-pressure air remaining in the tool side hose is discharged outward from the connecting tool 1. If an operating valve of the air tool is accidentally touched when work of the air tool is stopped by the exhaust mechanism, the tool is not operated and is safe, and safety in disconnecting of the connecting tool 1 is improved.
