Abstract:
The lamp has a discharge container (2) and an outer bulb (3) surrounded by a casing part. A base has a base piece in which the container is accommodated and connectors to support the container and part. The connectors comprise power supply lines and extension wires that are connected with one another. The wires have ends, which are wounded to a coil and are untwisted on the end of the lines, for mechanical connection with the lines.
