Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent rocket spurt phenomenon and rolling of the vessel, fixing a seal plate at the opening edge of squeezed pipe of the vessel, providing a sealed regulating chamber inside the squeezed section of vessel on inner end surface side of the seal plate, by making a connection hole in the counter seal round plate. CONSTITUTION:A round edge of seal plate 5 with cut round grooves 4 on the end surface is fixed by projection resistance welding at the opening edge of squeezed pipe 2 of a small sized high pressure gas vessel 1. A seal regulating chamber 8 ks provided inside the squeezed pipe of the vessel 1 on the inner end side of the seal plate 5, a small hole 9, 9 to connect inward and outward are provided in the counter seal round plate 14. Thereby, when the its pressure rises suddenly with the high pressure gas charged vessel heated, the gas spurts into the seal regulating chamber 8 once, reduced to the seal plate breaking pressure reducing and regulating the pressure, then, since it spurts out as usual manner breaking the seal plate, consequently rocket spurt phenomenon can be prevented.
