Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure hose in which the biting of steel wires to an inner tube is prevented in the manufacturing process, the installing property of metal fittings is good, and the productivity is also improved.
SOLUTION: Between an inner tube 1 and an outer tube 2 which consist of a flexible material such as rubber, spiral structure of steel wire reinforcing layers 3, 4, 5, and 6 are provided, and furthermore, an auxiliary layer 10 which consists of a nonstranded fiber or a slightly stranded fiber is provided between the inner tube 1 and the steel wire reinforcing layers. When the stranding number of the fiber of the reinforcing layers is made less than 10 round/10cm, and the fiber density is made 40% to 90%, the effect of the stranding is increased.
