Title:
HIGH-VOLTAGE INSULATION MONITORING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016206035
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring an insulation deterioration state of an in-plant high-voltage cable way in a hot line state.SOLUTION: A high-voltage insulation monitoring device uses current transformers 15 and 18 to detect a zero-phase current Iflowing through an in-plant high-voltage cable way 12 and a zero-phase current Iflowing through a shield line 14, and then measures earth fault resistance Rg on the basis of the zero-phase currents Iand I. The device measures the earth fault resistance Rg by: calculating in-plant ground admittance Ywith a relational expression of -Y=(I-I)ωC/(I-I)and also calculating in-plant ground admittance Y with a relational expression of -Y=(I-I)ωC/(I-I); calculating each-phase earth fault currents Iga, Igb and Igc with respect to the earth fault current Ig calculated from a real part Yr of the in-plant ground admittance Y; and calculating an odd power {ΣIg}in one root sum ΣIgof odd portions of the each-phase earth fault currents Iga, Igb and Igc, as a resistive earth fault current Igr.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
