To enhance reaction efficiency while shortening a reaction time in order not only to eliminate the problem that user's convenience is bad because a user himself must supply a washing liquid but also to use a beads chip array device as an inspection device in a beads chip system constituted so that beads having probes fixed to its surfaces are arranged.
This beads chip is constituted so that a washing liquid flow channel is integrated with a reaction flow channel and a rectangular flow channel shape is not adapted to the reaction flow channel in which beads are housed but a flow channel shape capable of increasing reaction quantity is adapted thereto in order to accelerate the reaction of a probe array. By forming the beads chip from PDMS [Polydimethylsiloxane(C2H6SiO)n], the shapes of the reaction flow channel and the washing liquid flow channel can be freely formed inexpensively.
