A multilayered film having a four-layer structure of an Al2O3 film 11 as the first layer, an Ag film 12 as the second layer, an Al2O3 film 13 as the third layer and a TiO2 film 14 as the fourth layer is layered on a substrate 10 made of glass, resin or the like. By forming the Al2O3 11 as the undercoat, the adhesion property with the substrate is improved. By forming a reflection enhancing film having a two-layer structure composed of the third Al2O3 film 13 and the fourth TiO2 film 14 as a protective film, both of the reflection characteristics and environmental resistance are enhanced.
