Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin, flexible high resolution x-ray imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: An x-ray sensor 14 has a first x-ray transducer layer 22 on a first side of a substrate 20, and a second x-ray transducer layer 24 on a second side of the substrate opposite the first side of the substrate, and a sensor array of pixels between the first x-ray transducer layer and at least a portion of the substrate, the sensor array connected to the first and second x-ray transducer layers.
