This high speed concentration device is operated by immersing a beaker 2 storing a liquid and a natural vanadium enriched water 1 in a bath 3 equipped with a temperature controller, heating the liquid and the natural vanadium enriched water 1 to a temperature so as not to cause boiling, convecting the liquid by vibrating a vibration device 4, placing multiple cooling pipes on the surface of the liquid and compulsorily sucking a vapor more cooled than the usual vapor with a suction device 6 equipped with a blade 7 to recover the concentrated product. Thus, the time of concentration is shortened.
