PURPOSE: To provide a high-speed crosslapper working in such a way that a foraminous fleece transporting belt having the function to receive fleeces from a fleece feed means is subjected to reciprocating motion in a specific mode and fleeces from the belt are delivered to a fleece delivery means to house them in order.

CONSTITUTION: This high-speed crosslapper works as follows: fleeces are transferred from a fleece feed means 11 onto a foraminous fleece transporting belt 13, which, in turn, is passed around belt carriage means 15, 16 being in reciprocating motion; fleece transporting belts 13, 26 are held in such a mode as to nip fleeces; the fleeces are then passed through fleece delivery means 22, 23 and laid in a fleece housing means 29 along a straight-line path substantially perpendicular to the path of the carriage means being in reciprocating motion.
