The high speed rotary pulverizing device is provided with pulverizing disks each having a corn-shaped face 10a formed from a material excellent in shock resistance and a flat face 10b formed from a material excellent in wear resistance, a material to be pulverized is charged between the corn-shaped faces of the pulverizing disks opposed to each other, pulverized on the corn- shaped faces by the high speed rotation of the pulverizing disks and the pulverized material is transferred to the flat faces from the corn-shaped faces with the centrifugal force by the high speed rotation of the pulverizing disks to be further ground down.
