To provide a high-speed switch whose structure can be simplified and miniaturized.
A high-speed switch comprises a frame 30, a plurality of vacuum switch valves 37 disposed parallel to each other, an insulating connecting member 48 having movable energizing shafts 40 connected thereto, an operating shaft (50) connected to the insulating connecting member 48, a repulsive plate 52 fixed to the operating shaft 50, a pair of repulsive coils 53, 54 for generating repulsion between the repulsive plate 52 and the same so as to move the operating shaft (50), a first disk spring 56 for holding the vacuum switch valves 37 in a closing or opening state, and an interval adjusting mechanism 46 for adsorbing variations in distance between a fixed electrode 42 and a movable electrode 43. Consequently, it is possible to simplify and miniaturize the structure, and furthermore to reduce the number of item parts so as to reduce the cost.
