Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a polycrystalline sintered laminate with excellent impact resistance.
CONSTITUTION: This laminate is of a laminated structure with at least three layers and among these three layers, the intermediate layer and the lower layer are constituted of polycrystalline sintered bodies and the thermal expansion coefficient of the intermediate layer is made larger than those for the upper and lower layers and the difference between them is made 0.4×10-8/°C or larger.
