Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight and high-strength polyethylene porous fiber excellent in adhesion.
CONSTITUTION: This high-strength polyethylene porous fiber is composed of a hydrophilic copolymer consisting essentially of 10-60mol% ethylene, 10-60mol% vinyl alcohol and 1-80mol% vinyl acetate and polyethylene and the fiber has 10-85% porosity and ≥5g/d tensile strength.
