PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composite material, containing a liquid crystal resin dispersed in a fibrous form in a highly acidic nonliquid crystal aromatic resin and having high resistance to heat and chemicals, by a method for separately melting the liquid crystal resin and nonliquid crystal aromatic resin and compounding the resins in a spinneret part, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A resin composite material, consisting of (A) a liquid crystal resin (e.g., liquid crystal polyester or polyester amide) and (B) a highly acid- resistant nonliquid crystal aromatic resin [e.g., polyphenylene sulfide (copolymer) or polyether ketone (copolymer)] and containing the component (A) in a fibrous material of ≥10 fibers having ≤10μ, preferably ≤5μ diameter and ≥10 aspect ratio in the component (B), in which the component (A) or (B) or both are infusibilized, and having ≥35kg/mm2 rupture strength and produced by, e.g., separately melting the components (A) and (B) and compounding both components in a spinneret part or mixing and melt molding the components (A) with (B) at ≤twice melt viscosity ratio of the components (A) to (B) at 40/60W60/40 mixing ratio of the components (A) to (B).
