Abstract:
To measure an amount of high-temperature fluid such as pig iron or slag discharged from a blast furnace or the like with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A high-temperature fluid measurement device comprises: an imaging unit which images a discharge port; an image processing unit which measures the width of high-temperature fluid flowing from the discharge port from an image captured by the imaging unit; an input unit for a volume of the high-temperature fluid discharged from the discharge port and accumulated at a prescribed spot; and a calculation processing unit which calculates and outputs an amount of the high-temperature fluid from information about the time history of the width of the high-temperature fluid and the volume of the high-temperature fluid input by the input unit. The calculation processing unit accumulates the information about the time history of the width of the high-temperature fluid and the volume of the high-temperature fluid input by the input unit, calculates a flow rate of the high-temperature fluid discharged from the discharge port from the width of the high-temperature fluid acquired by the image processing unit by using a relation between the accumulated time history of the measurement width and volume, and calculates and outputs the amount of the high-temperature fluid by integrating the calculated flow rates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
