To provide a system in which micro-scale reactors including a microreactor are used so as to perform a reaction, separation, extraction, synthesis or other operations safely and efficiently, particularly, at high temperature in high pressure and a scale-up and small-scale large-item production are attained.
A sheet metal or a thin disk is treated in the microreactor system in which a rotary drum, a rolling mill and a pressurizer are combined to produce a compound and a substance safely and continuously, particularly, at high temperature in high pressure. For example, the microreactor is formed by rotating a cylinder 82 covered with a reactant 80 of the predetermined amount on the sheet metal to introduce the reactant into a pore of the sheet metal and close the introduced reactant tightly. The reactant is pressurized by furthermore rotating the cylinder. If such a principal is used, the reaction, extraction, synthesis or other operations can be conducted continuously in the microreactor.
