PURPOSE: To permit stabilized and safe high-temperature and high-pressure reaction treatment under a condition of high pressure and high temperature by a method wherein a high-temperature and high-pressure treating inner type is accommodated in a hot isotropic pressure molding device employed for the compression molding and the like of a solid phase molded form of metal, ceramics powder and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A high-temperature and high-pressure treatment inner tube 6 is accommodated concentrically in the heating device 4 of a high-pressure vessel 1 and both of the axial ends of the high-temperature and high-pressure treatment inner tube 6 are connected to an upper lid 2 and a lower lid 3 under the condition of pressure sealing effected by seals 7, 8 while both of the ends of the inner tube 6 are communicated with the outlet and inlet ports 9, 10 of materials to be treated. Pressure medium is pressurized by a compressor 27 and is supplied through the pressure medium passage 25 of the high-pressure vessel 1 while flowable material to be treated, such as slurry type material consisting of gas, liquid or solid particles suspended in liquid medium or the like, is held in the high-temperature and high-pressure treatment inner tube 6 and a heating device 4 is started to heat the pressure medium and rise the temperature of the same.
