To facilitate handling and eliminate the winding operation, by forming a primary coil by holding a winding conducting path formed by continuing a conductive layer in a wound state on the both or single side of an insulating loop-shaped thin film.
On an insulating loop-shaped thin film 71a, a conductive layer 72 composed of copper foil or the like is formed, and a winding conducting path 73a is formed of the conductive layer 72. The conductive layer 72 reaches the loop-shaped plane of the loop-shaped thin film 71a along one connecting arm part 74a, winds counterclockwise and is led out to the other plane side through a through hole 76a. Then, the conductive layer is wound on the loop- shaped plane from the other plane side, led out to one side via the through hole 76b at the base edge position of a connecting arm 74b and is extended to the edge of the connecting arm 74b. Thus, the loop-shaped thin film 71a holds the winding conducting path 73a of a 1.5 turn, on the front and the rear side from the edge of the connecting arm 74a to the edge of the connecting arm 74b, thereby, facilitating handling and eliminating the winding operation.
