Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and certainly fill the fine perforations of a base material with high viscosity paste.
CONSTITUTION: When the fine perforations 2 provided to a base material 1 is filled with high viscosity paste P, a roller squeezee 8 is arranged on the base material 1 in a close contact state and relatively moved on the base material 1 under rotation. By supplying the paste P to the surface of the base material 1 at this time, the fine perforations 2 are filled with the paste P.
