Abstract:
PURPOSE: To constitute a device in a small size at a low cost by constituting a first capacitor for tracing a high voltage with an acceleration plate arranged in the vicinity of a high voltage use resistor.
CONSTITUTION: An acceleration plate 4 is arranged in the vicinity of an upper part of a high voltage use resistor R1 and tightened to a lower case with a machine screw 5. The acceleration plate 4 is made of a conductive material and arranged opposite to the high voltage use resistor R1 with an epoxy resin dielectric material inbetween to constitute a 1st capacitor C1 with the high voltage use resistor R1. The capacitance depends on the area of the acceleration plate 4 and an interval (d) with respect to the high voltage use resistor R1 and the product between the capacitance and the resistance of the high voltage use resistor R1 is decided so as to be in matching with a product between a resistance of a resistor R2 and a capacitance of a 2nd capacitor C2. In this case, although a 1st capacitor as a discrete electronic component is not provided, since the acceleration plate 4 acts as the 1st capacitor C1, the same circuit configuration as a conventional device is attained.
