Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain extraction solution not causing the recognized germination and propagation of spores during its storage by subjecting a dried fish raw material to a counter-current multistage extraction using hot water for the extraction under a specific condition.
CONSTITUTION: Solid-liquid extraction tools 1-9 are filled with a dried fish raw material in the order from the substantially extraction-finished tool to the non-extracted tool and arranged in a rotary table A. Hot water in a hot water-receiving tank 31 is successively passed from the substantially extraction- finished tool to the non-extracted tool for the extraction of the dried fish raw material. The extraction-finished dried fish raw material is wasted, and then the new non-extracted raw material is supplied. Extraction solution-receiving tanks 32-39 are held in a hot medium in a constant tank 41, and a high concentration dried fish extraction solution having a water-soluble nitrogen concentration of ≥3.0% is received in a product-receiving tank 40.
