Abstract:
A solid polyelectrolyte with high durability which comprises a composition containing (a) a polymer having a hydrocarbon moiety and (b) a polymer containing phosphate groups obtained by polymerizing a phosphate-containing unsaturated monomer having one or more phosphate groups and one or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds per molecule. The solid polyelectrolyte has oxidation resistance sufficient for practical use and is reduced in production cost.
