CONSTITUTION: The circuit is provided with an oscillator 11 sending a signal with a frequency fS as a system clock and a direct digital synthesizer 12 receiving the system clock with the frequency fS and phase data to send an output signal with a frequency fG based on them, with a frequency compensation means 2 which generates the phase data compensating a change in the frequency fS caused by a temperature change or an aging time and sending the data to the direct digital synthesizer 12.
