A first plate is mounted on any one of the console lid 1 and the console body 2, and a second plate 20 is mounted on the other. A shaft 12 is provided on the first plate 10 at a turning center p of a hinge, a folded part 12a is formed on the shaft 12, a collar 22 as a hollow member is fixed to the second plate 20, and an interference part 23 is provided on an inner wall surface of the collar 22. When the console lid 1 reaches a part in the vicinity of the opening limit, the folded part 12a is brought into contact with the interference part 23 to brake the turn of the console lid 1.
