Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a safe and usable hinge device without bringing protrusions in the opened or closed state of a door or even in the closing or opening process.
CONSTITUTION: A thin plastic plate 1 is folded along the longitudinal lines 2, 2 parallel with each other to form a first face 3 and second and third faces 4, 5 adjacent to the both sides are formed. And a first folding line 6 crossing in right angles with the folding lines 2, 2 is formed on the first face 3 and second folding lines 7, 7 making a triangle are formed respectively on the second and third faces 4, 5. The top of the triangle area 8 is connected to the first folding line 6 and third folding lines 10, 10 making a right angle from both bottoms of the triangle area 8 to the outer edge 9 of the second and third faces is formed. And further, forth folding lines 11, 11 extending from both bottoms of the triangle area 8 to the outer edge 9 of the second and third faces are formed.
