Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device of a low manufacturing cost.
SOLUTION: In two support cylinder parts 11, 21, a bottom part 11a is formed at an outer end part of a support cylinder part 11 positioned outside. In an inner circumferential surface of the support cylinder part 11, 21 positioned on the inner side, a lock groove 43 is formed. An end surface of the lock groove 43 directed toward the support cylinder 11 is set as the lock surface. A lock piece 45 is provided on an end part of a hinge 3. This lock piece 45 is elastically deformed to direct its tip part toward the diametric inner side of the hinge 3 to exceed a bottom surface of a key groove 41. After that, the lock piece 45 is elastically deformed to restore to direct its itp part toward the diametric inner side of the hinge 3 to be engaged with the lock groove 43. A tip surface of the lock piece 45 is applied to the lock surface 43, thereby the hinge 3 is prohibited from being removed from the support cylinder part 21.
