Abstract:
The invention provides a hinge device and portable device. The hinge device makes a first shell and a second shell relatively rotate by the hinge axis to form a closing state of coinciding the first shell with the second shell and an opening state of opening the first shell and the second shell. The hinge device comprises a mounting block mounted on any side of the first shell and the second shell and supporting the hinge axis to make it rotate; a supporting part mounted on any side of the first shell and the second shell and mounted with a hinge axis, and rotating relative to the mounting block between the closing state and the opening state; a inhaling device applying the forece towards the closing direction to the supporting part between the closing position and the first position relative to the mounting block; a bouncing device applying the forece towards the opening direction to the supporting part between the first position and the second position relative to the mounting block; a rubbing device for generating friction between the hinge axis and the mounting block to make the second shell halt at the said position when the supporting part is in the front of the opening direction of the second position relative to the mounting block.
