Abstract:
To provide a hinge relocation structure and a method thereof capable of preventing the damage of a column beam by effectively utilizing the total length of a pair of additional reinforcements, making the shape of the bar arrangement to a Y shape, widening the yield hinge region, and efficiently absorbing and dispersing the earthquake energy.SOLUTION: A plurality of additional reinforcements 8 having a required length to be paired through a column 1 are arranged to a required position of the end part of a beam 2, and the additional reinforcements 8 forming a pair are formed in a Y shape by an inclined part 8b and an end part side 8c; the additional reinforcements 8 are made of reinforcements of a required length to reach a required position of the end part of the beam 2 through the column 1; the pair of reinforcements are formed in advance in the same shape into the reinforcements consisting of a horizontal part 8a, the inclined part 8b and the end part side 8c; the reinforcements having the same shape are symmetrically arranged so as to form a Y shape by the inclined part 8b and the end part side 8c to form a yield hinge position a widely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
