To provide a multi-axial hinge configured such that an axial center does not protrude from a door face, which can be disposed on a thin vertical frame almost by surface mounting, and which can be opened and closed while largely bypassing a vertical frame front face corner.

The hinge includes an opening/closing mechanism section constituted of a wing having a first axial center and a second axial center at both ends, a rotating cam having engagement pins at both ends, a frame side case on which a frame side guidance member is mounted and a door side case on which a door side guidance member is mounted, in which the engagement pins of the rotating cam are assembled so as to be engaged with both guidance members to operate with regularity. The opening/closing mechanism section is almost incorporated inside a door by deeply digging in a door tail surface of the door, and only a part of the front surface of the door which interrupts in opening/closing is cut out, and a decorative cover is mounted. The hinge is mounted on a vertical frame almost by surface mounting, and configured such that the axial center is disposed in the thickness of the door at the door head side from the internal face of the vertical frame, that the locus of the door which opens and closes by largely bypassing the front face of the vertical frame is obtained, and that the multi-axial hinge itself does not protrude from the door face in closing with a flat design.
