Two fitting plates 1, 2 respectively having an upper half cylindrical part 4 and a lower half cylindrical part 5 at the end edges are disposed on the upper and lower sides and an axial pin 3 is inserted in both of the cylindrical parts 4, 5 to form a hinge. Plural adjusting discs having an elongated hole where the axial pin 3 is movably inserted and a mechanism for mutually controlling the mutual rotating angles of the members that come into contact with the upper and lower sides are stacked and disposed in the upper half cylindrical part 4. A cap 7 having a circular hole 7a is fitted to the lower end of the upper half cylindrical part 4 to prevent the drop of the adjusting disc 6. Further, a fastening member 8 is disposed on the upper end of the upper half cylindrical part 4 to press and fix the adjusting discs 6. The axial pin 3 is fixed to the lower half cylindrical part 5. Thus, the relative positional relationship between two fitting plates 1, 2 can be corrected after the door is installed in a fitting frame.
