To provide a hinged cap that is flexible, excellent in rubber elasticity, bend fatigue, molding processibility, less likely to decolor even if soiled, and less likely to change in dimension even if swells.

The hinged cap has the structure in which a lid and a stopper are integrated with a hinge. At least the hinge is formed from a copolymer of polyester resin, which is obtained from (a) dicarboxylic acid comprising, as the main components, aromatic dicarboxylic acid (a-1) and dimer acid (a-2) to which hydrogen is added, the dimer acid (a-2) to which hydrogen is added being 1 to 60 mol% of all the dicarboxylic acid, and (b) diol comprising 1,4-butanediol as the main component.
