To provide a simply structured hinged cap having a superior sealing characteristic.
This hinged cap is provided with a cap body (2) having a dispensing opening (2a) for dispensing a content in a container (1) and mounted on the opening (1a) of the container (1), and a cover body (3) connected with the cap body (2) to be opened/closed through a hinge (h). A virgin cap (4) for holding the channel in a closed condition is separably mounted through a thin part (4a) in the channel of the opening (2a). A cap body (5) is integrally provided on the back face of the cover body (3) and firmly fitted on the virgin cap (4) in a condition where the cover body (3) is closed, and opens the channel of the opening (2a) by pulling up and separating the cap (4) in accordance with the opening of the body (3).
