To make it possible to search a limited location for an object by, when a user wishes to search for an object existed in a specific location in a video image in the past or an event related to the object, only performing a simple and single operation such as touching the location.
A trajectory data creation part extracts trajectory data on an object to which a time stamp and an identifier are added from object continuous movement information in moving image data. A location history data creation part creates location history data in which the trajectory data is associated with coordinates in a video scale size of the moving image data. A past object acquisition part reads latest location history data in which the identifiers and the time stamps of trajectory data coincide. A past image creation part calls the trajectory data associated with the identifier to create a past image in which a part corresponding to a background part of the trajectory data of a still image at the same time point is transparentized. A display part superposes the past image and the moving image data and displays them on an image display part.
