Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hit ticket judging device and a hit money repaying device by which a betting ticket is returned to a collector who collects the betting tickets and trash problems due to throwing of the betting ticket is improved by collecting the betting ticket from a person who does not collect the betting tickets.
SOLUTION: The hit money repaying device 1 accumulatively stores identification information of the betting ticket 5 fetched in a main body and judges whether or not the betting ticket is the already judged one, namely, whether or not it is the hit ticket is judged whenever the betting ticket 5 is fetched. When the betting ticket is the judged one, it is collected and when it is not the judged one, it is returned. Consequently, the betting ticket can be returned to the collector and collected from the person who does not collect the betting tickets.
