To provide an inexpensive and simple hold-down (drawing) fitting which is manufactured from a single member independently from a manufacturing method by welding of component or the like by eliminating an individual component in manufacture of the hold-down (drawing) fitting.

The hold-down (drawing) fitting which is manufactured using a ready-made pipe material such as a square steel pipe or round steel pipe that is a single member without needing a lot of processing of such a pipe material is formed as a continuous integrated unit free from a joint part, using a hollow part of the square shape of the square steel pipe or a hollow part of the round steel pipe.
