Title:
HOLD-DOWN HARDWARE AND FIXING STRUCTURE OF STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012112139
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide hold-down hardware capable of coping with compressive force and tensile force and suppressing the deformation of an anchor member, and a fixing structure of a structure.

Hold-down hardware 1 fixes a column 4 to a groundsill 3 through an anchor bolt 2a provided on a foundation 2, and includes: a joining plate 11 joined to a side face of the column 4; an abutting plate 12 extended from an end on the side of the groundsill 3 of the joining plate 11 and abutted to the groundsill 3; and an intermediate plate 13 extended from an intermediate part of the joining plate 11 separated from the abutting plate 12 to the opposite side of the groundsill 3 and provided with a through-hole 13a for inserting the anchor bolt 2a. The intermediate plate 13 is locked to a nut N1 screwed to the anchor bolt 2a on the opposite side of the groundsill 3 with respect to the intermediate plate 13 when tensile force acts, and the abutting plate 12 pressurizes the groundsill 3 when compressive force acts.
