PURPOSE: To permit the holding of a cell in a movable state as well as make easier the putting-in and -out of the cell by providing an elastic projection to hold the cell from its side to a movable plastic framework.

CONSTITUTION: The inside of the mavable plastic framework 1 is provided with the elastic projection 5, and the plastic framework 1 is provided with the hole 6 serving to give an elasticity to the projection 5 facing the hole and also its inside is provided with the groove 7 for pryingly opening for making the putting-in and -out of cell easier. By the spring force of the projection 5, which is made to apply on the side of the cell 2 and also is greater than the force with which the cell 2 is protruded by the elastic metal plate 3 for plus(+)-electrification and the elastic metal plate 4 for minus(-)-electrification, the cell 2 can be held by means of the spring force of the projection 5.
