PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a rolling bearing having a slide surface excellent in slidability even under a condition of oil lubrication, high slide speed and high plane pressure.SOLUTION: A holder 1 includes a plurality of pocket parts 2 for holding a rolling body of a rolling bearing used under an oil lubrication environment, on an outer diameter surface 5 of a cylindrical body. The cylindrical body is composed of a base material and a slide layer formed on the surface of the base material. The slide layer is a fluorine resin film at least the surface of which is crosslinked. A melting point of the slide layer on the outer diameter surface of the cylindrical body is lower than a melting point of the slide layer on end surface of the cylindrical body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
