Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a holding apparatus for sliver stocks capable of being used in a narrow space, and a method for supplying the slivers to a spinning out position of a spinning machine by using the above holding apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: A holding apparatus of sliver stocks is provided with an open frame 1 for holding sliver stocks. The open frame 1 in turn includes a plurality of vertical support columns 2 and a plurality of horizontal support plates 3. The sliver stocks 6 are allowed to slide on the horizontal support plates 3 to their supply positions.
