Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a hinged door from the inner side and to hold a sliding door from the outer side in a process for mounting the door on a vehicle.
SOLUTION: A holding device 10 has a lower supporter 30 that extends substantially horizontally from a base 18 connected to an arm 14 and supports the lower part of the door 12a, a lift 24 disposed at the upper side of the lower supporter 30 and capable of raising and lowering the position thereof relative to the base 18, a first upper supporter 26 attached to the lift 24 and foldable in the direction of the door 12a, and a second upper supporter 28 disposed above the lower supporter 30 and advanceable and retractable in the direction of the door 12a, and having a suction cup 104 at the tip thereof.
