PURPOSE: To prevent generation of failure due to set fail of mold separating tape and wrinkles of a mold separating tape by providing one of a pair of holders for holding the mold separating tape on the bonding surface of a pressing head with a take-up means for taking up the mold separating tape, and providing the other with a tension applying means for applying tension.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of holders 7, 15 holding a long-size mold separating tape 14 on the bonding surface of a pressing head of a heat bonding machine are provided on both ends of a heating head 1, the mold separating tape 14 is supplied from a feed roll 13 in a tape shape and fixed to a holding metal 7 at an end part of the separating tape holding metal 7 by means of a clip 12 to be extended over a tension shaft 10 and an idler shaft 11 and taken up by a take-up roll 16 of the separating tape holding metal 15 on the opposite side. The tension shaft 10 is movable inside a groove 8 so as to be able to apply a proper amount of tension to the separating tape 12. Thereby, set fail of the separating paper and generation of wrinkle on the separating tape 14 can be prevented.
